María Edith and Francisco have 4 children: Diana of 10 years, Frida of 5 years, Francisco Gael of 3 years and Axel of 2 years.

Edith became pregnant when she lived with her parents and a few years she was the single mother of Diana and Frida, the girls’ father went to Mexico City to work and sent them very little money for the girls. After a couple of years, they lived together at Francisco’s parents’ house until Axel was born; both parents have had to work in the field because one salary is not enough to cover all the expenses of the four children.

The day of the earthquake, Francisco was working and Edith was with her children in the house; the fence on the left side fell and the house began to open from the floor to ceiling. When Francisco arrived, fortunately everyone was fine, but the house was badly damaged.

Edith and Francisco no longer had a place to live in because there were three families living in the same house, as they are a very large family and they could not all live in the same house of their relatives, they decided that the family would be divided into two houses of relatives who took them in. This new scenery made the children very sad and little Gael got deeply depressed. The children want to see their parents together but because they do not have a land where to build a home they are still separated till this day.

They are extremely happy with the news they will get a new home. We feel so blessed to be part of their happiness because they will not only have a house but they will all live under the same roof again. A family will be united again!

María Edith y Francisco tienen 4 hijos. Diana de 10 años, Frida de 5 años, Francisco Gael de 3 años y Axel de 2 años.

Edith se embarazo cuándo ella vivía en casa de sus padres y unos años fue madre soltera de Diana y de Frida, el papá de las niñas se fue para la Ciudad de México a trabajar y les enviaba poco de dinero para las niñas, tiempo después se reunieron en la casa de los papás de Francisco Javier hasta que nació Axel; ambos padres han tenido que trabajar en el campo ya que no les alcanza un solo sueldo para todos los gastos de todos niños.

El día del temblor Francisco se encontraba trabajando y Edith estaba sola con sus hijos en la casa; la barda de la parte izquierda se cayó y la casa se empezó a abrir desde el piso hasta el techo. Cuando llegó Francisco afortunadamente todos estaban bien sin embargo la casa estaba muy dañada.

Edith y Francisco ya no tenían donde vivir porque había tres familias viviendo en la misma casa, entonces al ser una familia numerosa y no podían vivir todos en una misma casa de un familiar, decidieron que la familia se dividiría en dos casas de parientes quienes los recibieron. Esta noticia puso muy tristes a los niños y afectó en al pequeño Gael de depresión. Los niños quieren ver a sus papás juntos pero por no tener terreno donde construir siguen separados hasta la fecha.

Ellos se encuentran extremadamente felices con la noticia de que tendrán un hogar. Nos sentimos bendecidos de ser parte de su felicidad porque no solo tendrán una casita sino volverán a vivir todos bajo un mismo techo. Una familia volverá a estar unida!
