*1.This vacation certificate is valid for 5 days and 4 nights hotel accommodations in Cancun, Mexico, and has a retail value of $839 USD. Certificate is valid for travel only for 12 months after registration date.

*2.-This certificate is valid for 2 adults; you or your spouse must be at least 28 years of age and 2 children under the age of 12. Adults must show a valid drivers license and a major credit card (no Debit cards allowed) for identification at time of check-in. A Reservation fee in the amount of $59USD per family must be paid at time of reservation and a Mexican tax in the amount of $110USD

3.This certificate cannot be used in conjunction with any other Cancun cards or any other affiliated promotional vacation offers.

4.This certificate is not valid for groups. A group is considered 3 or more families traveling together or meeting at the same resort during the same vacation period.

5.As a Cancun Cards client, you are welcome to visit the members resorts, without any obligation to take an orientation tour or attend a presentation. However, if you choose to attend a presentation during your visit, you will be offered special discounts on upgrades and extras and also be given an opportunity to learn more about the various vacation club opportunities.

6.Reservations must be made no less than 45 days prior to requested travel dates. All reservations are subject to availability.

7.Requests for additional nights or any other modifications to this certificate are subject to availability and additional charges. Rates may vary during high peak seasons.

8.Cancun Cards are not responsible for airline tickets or any other kind of transportation or expense associated with it. This certificate does not cover incidental expenses such as phone calls, taxes, food and beverages and/or any other personal expense or purchase. Mexican daily government taxes will apply.

9.This gift certificate is 100% transferable to third parties. Persons to whom the certificate is transferred must meet the requirements outlined in these Details of Participation.

10.Employees of real estate companies, travel agencies and airline companies as well as their immediate family, are not eligible for this offer.

11.Cancun Cards assume no responsibility for any verbal or written representations made in conjunction with this offer by any distributor and/or their agents other than those specifically stated in these Details of Participation.

12.Reservations for holidays such as Christmas, New Year’s, Easter, Passover, President’s Week and Thanksgiving require an additional payment of $199 USD, must be made at least 90 days prior to requested arrival date, and are subject to availability.
